Book a 1:1 session with Jennie

The day you stop blaming yourself could be the day everything starts to make sense.

Maybe it started with something small….

A text that felt a little colder than usual. A brief comment from your manager. Your partner sighing in a way you couldn’t quite interpret. A friend taking longer than usual to reply. Someone looking slightly annoyed.

Logically, you know none of it is a big deal. You know that, but your brain doesn’t experience it as “not a big deal.”

Within seconds, your chest tightens. Your mind starts replaying everything that was said. You begin scanning for what you did wrong. You wonder if you’ve upset them. You decide they must be angry with you….and before you even realise it, you’re promising yourself you’ll never speak up like that again.

That night, you lie awake going over every word, every tone, every pause. By morning, you’re exhausted — not because of what actually happened, but because of what your brain did with it.

And the hardest part is that you know you’re doing it. You know you’re catastrophising. You know you’re overthinking. But knowing doesn’t stop it.

So you start telling yourself things like, “I need to toughen up,” or “Why can’t I just let things go?” or “Everyone else seems to cope better than this.”

And slowly, without even realising it, you start to believe the problem is you. That you’re too sensitive. Too emotional. Too much.

Except… what if none of that is actually true?

What if your brain isn’t broken at all?

What if it’s simply trying to protect you?

For many late-diagnosed women with ADHD, rejection doesn’t just feel uncomfortable; it feels dangerous. Your nervous system reacts before your logical brain has a chance to catch up.

Over years of masking, trying to fit in, forgetting things, being misunderstood, and hearing things like “you’re too much,” “you’re lazy,” “why can’t you just…” your brain quietly learns that rejection isn’t something to brush off. It’s something to survive.

So every email, every facial expression, every delayed reply, every small piece of criticism, every forgotten detail, every mistake at work starts to feel loaded with meaning. Each one becomes another piece of evidence that you’re failing.

Until eventually, you stop trusting yourself at all.

I know this because I hear it all the time.

I’ve sat with hundreds of women who tell me some version of the same story.

On the outside, they look like they’re coping brilliantly. They’ve built careers, raised families, run businesses, held everything together.

But inside, they’re exhausted. Constantly second-guessing themselves. Overthinking conversations. Wondering why life feels so much harder for them than it seems to for everyone else.

Many of them spent years believing they were anxious, or lazy, or disorganised, or just not resilient enough.

And then they discovered ADHD.

Suddenly, everything started to make sense.

But understanding the diagnosis is only the beginning. It doesn’t automatically change how you feel, or how your nervous system responds.

That’s where this session comes in.

This isn’t about “fixing” your ADHD.

You don’t need fixing. It’s about finally understanding the patterns your brain has been running for years, so you can stop fighting yourself.

In our 90-minute ADHD Clarity & RSD Reset Session, we’ll:

  • Explore why criticism can feel so overwhelming, even when you logically know it shouldn’t.

  • We’ll explore why your emotions often arrive before your thoughts, and why it can feel so hard to trust yourself.

  • Unpack how perfectionism, people-pleasing, and procrastination are often deeply connected, and identify the beliefs your ADHD may have quietly built over years of masking and coping.

  • Most importantly, we’ll focus on what to do next. Not generic advice, not productivity hacks, but a personalised understanding of your brain and a clear way forward that actually fits you.

Who I work with

I specialise in supporting women who discovered their ADHD later in life. Women who have spent years appearing incredibly capable on the outside, while privately feeling like they’re constantly falling apart.

As a Coaching Psychologist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, my work blends psychological science, evidence-based coaching, and deep compassion.

There is no judgement here. No shame. No expectation that you’ll suddenly become perfectly organised.

Just someone who truly understands what it’s like to live with an ADHD brain.

If you decide you want more support…

For some women, this one session is enough. It gives them the clarity they need to move forward with confidence.

For others, it becomes clear that they want more support in putting everything into practice.

That’s why I also created the 6-Week SHARP Transformation Sprint. It’s a deeper programme where we work together to untangle long-standing self-doubt, reduce the impact of Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, build emotional resilience, and create lasting change.

There is never any pressure to continue. We only ever talk about it if it genuinely feels like the right next step for you.

Imagine six months from now…

You receive a message that, in the past, would have sent you spiralling.

You feel that familiar rush in your chest. The urge to overanalyse. The pull to assume the worst.

But this time, something is different. You recognise what’s happening. You pause. You use the tools we’ve worked on, and instead of spending the next few days convinced someone is upset with you, you move on with your day.

Not because you’ve become a different person, but because you finally understand how your brain works.

That’s the real transformation.

Not becoming someone else.

Becoming yourself. Without the shame.

Your brain isn’t the problem.

Years of misunderstanding it have been.

Let’s change that.
